The objective of the Satrix S&P 500 Feeder Portfolio was mainly to provide an investment vehicle for investors who want to track the performance of the S&P 500 Index (“benchmark index”) by investing in the iSharesCore S&P 500 UCITS ETF (“underlying fund”) securities.

The investment objective of the underlying fund is to deliver a return, through a combination of capital growth and income on the underlying fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the S&P 500 Index, the underlying fund’s benchmark index.

The underlying fund has the intention to replicate the benchmark index by holding the equity securities that make up the benchmark index, in similar proportions to it.
