The purpose of an Islamic Account is that it caters specifically to Muslim traders who follow Sharia law. The law prevents its followers from paying any type of interest, such as overnight fees, which is seen as wasteful or exploitative.

InstaForex offers traders the option of converting any of the four live trading accounts into an Islamic Account. With the InstaForex Islamic Account, Muslim traders are not subjected to a swap or overnight fee, allowing traders to trade in a variety of markets while remaining compliant with the Shariah Law.
With InstaForex, traders who enable the swap-free or Islamic option on their account will not be charged/credited swaps, however, the trading conditions of the specific account apart from this will remain the same.
An advantage is that traders will not be charged additional commissions or wider spreads when they convert their accounts. Often, these are charged to offset the absence of overnight fees.
