These low spreads only apply to the Pro and Exclusive account types. The Standard Account, which is seen as the beginner account, spreads start from 0.01 pips.
The Standard account also offers no commission fees when trading with it. Commissions on the Pro and Exclusive accounts for forex and metals are $ 5 per side per lot on the Pro and $ 3.5 per lot on the Exclusive.

Exclusive Markets Additional Trading Fees
Traders can expect to pay overnight, or swap fees when they trade with financial instruments such as forex, and positions are held for longer than a trading day.
With Exclusive Markets, swap-free accounts are offered for the first five days of trading. These swap-free conditions only apply for specific symbols and swaps will apply after the fifth consecutive day of positions if they remain open.
