SpreadEx Overview
SpreadEx spreads start from 0.6 pips on EUR/USD.
The broker offers tight spreads and does not charge any commissions for trade executions but collects a brokerage fee from the spreads.
The spread list and fee schedule which is offered by SpreadEx is transparent as well.
Price spreads vary throughout the day depending on factors such as available liquidity (supply and demand), market forces, volatility, and the trading session.
SpreadEx Additional Trading Fees
When trading financial instruments such as forex, traders can often expect that overnight, or swap fees will be charged when positions are held for longer than a trading day.
It is not clear on SpreadEx’s website if short positions or long positions that are held overnight will be charged with swaps. However, traders will incur rollover charges based on your position size.
The funding charge is based on the one-month London Interbank Offer Rate (LIBOR) + a SPREADEX Charge per annum. For FTSE 350 stocks the charge is 3%.
Therefore, if LIBOR were 0.5%, the total daily funding charge to a long position would be (0.5% + 3%) / 365 = 0.0096% of the total position value.
For more information on the swaps that traders can expect, traders can contact customer services.
SpreadEx Broker Fees
SpreadEx does not charge deposit fees or withdrawal fees on most of its payment methods.
SpreadEx has low non-trading fees and charges no inactivity fee. The broker charges no deposit fees in most cases, although it reserves the right to charge £ 1 on debit card deposits under £ 50.
Traders also need to ensure that they verify additional charges which may be waived by their financial institution. In addition, traders may be subjected to currency conversion fees should they transfer fees in a currency that is different from their account base currency.
