KAB Fees and Spreads
KAB’s spreads start from 0.1 pips on EUR/USD.
KAB does not indicate what the pips are for spread but spread fees and commissions start from $20/R308 per single side.
KAB offers a very variable and competitive spread when compared to what other brokers offer. The spread is determined by the type of account and the financial instrument being traded.
Commissions charged also depend on the type of financial instrument that is being traded and can amount to the following:
Spot Forex – US Dollar 40 open side only.
ECN Forex – Commissions are negotiable.
HK/China Stock – transaction fee of 0.005%.
Rolling Futures – US Dollar 40 open side only.
Cyprus Stock Exchange Equities – Brokerage Fee of 0.50% on transaction volume.
Spot Metals – US Dollar 40 open side only with a spread of between US Dollar 0.50 on gold, depending on the market condition and the contract size, Silver has a spread of US Dollar 0.50 depending on the market condition and the contract size.
Global Futures – US Dollar 20 single side per contract.
Leverage is offered from 1:20 up to 1:500 for some Forex pairs. It also depends on the trader’s country of residence.
KAB Additional Trading Fees
Traders can expect when trading financial instruments such as forex, that overnight, or swap fees will be charged when positions are held for longer than a trading day.
It is not indicated on KAB’s website what these swap fees are, but the broker also offers traders of the Muslim faith the option of opening an Islamic account. With this account type, no swap fees are charged due to the regulations of the Sharia law under which Muslim traders operate.
KAB does not offer traders spread betting and therefore spread betting fees do not apply to this broker.
KAB Broker Fees
KAB does not charge deposit fees or withdrawal fees.
There is, however, no indication on the broker’s website if it waives any additional broker fees such as inactivity fees or fees about account maintenance and management. Traders will have to contact customer services the verify any additional fees.
Traders also need to ensure that they verify additional charges which may be waived by their financial institution. In addition, traders may be subjected to currency conversion fees should they transfer fees to a currency that is different from their account base currency.
