Hammerson increased its presence in prime shopping destinations, cementing its leadership with purchases in new centres in Birmingham, Leeds, Southampton and Dublin. In the latter, it converted its Dundrum centre from loans to direct ownership.

  • Hammerson extended its strategic exposure to the fast-growing premium outlets sector.
