The main focus of the Moorgarth Group’s portfolio is four successful shopping complexes which are situated in Bolton in Greater Manchester, in Reading, Edinburgh and Birmingham, all centrally located in densely populated areas offering high levels of passing trade. It also owns a number of Central London office buildings that are leased to The Boutique Workplace Company.
The Boutique Workplace Company offers serviced office accommodation in close to 30 sites in Central London. These together provide close to 4 000 working stations and ancillary services.
